1. About NVM membership

These terms apply when you register for membership of the New Vision Movement through this website. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account and information

You must provide accurate, current information and use your own photo and signature. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity on your account. Please notify NVM if you believe your account has been misused.

3. Membership review and digital ID

Registration does not guarantee approval. NVM may review, approve, reject, suspend or cancel a membership where information is false, payment is not completed, the account is misused, or conduct is inconsistent with the lawful aims of the movement. A digital ID remains NVM property and may be verified through the public QR page.

4. Fees and renewals

Tier prices are shown before payment. Card and PayPal payments are charged monthly and renew automatically where authorised. MTN Mobile Money is paid once a year in Ghana cedis (12 months of membership) and is activated after NVM confirms the payment. Failed or overdue payment may expire membership access until payment succeeds.

5. Payments, cancellation and refunds

Card and PayPal memberships are billed monthly from the day you join; MTN Mobile Money memberships are paid yearly. There is no free trial period: your first contribution is paid when you complete registration.

All membership contributions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from the member area; cancelling stops future renewals, and your membership and ID card stay active until the end of the period (month or year) you have already paid for.

6. Member resources

Campaign artwork and other downloads are for lawful personal support of NVM. You must not sell, misrepresent, alter deceptively, or use these materials in a way that suggests unauthorised official endorsement.

7. Availability and changes

NVM may update the app, benefits, prices or these terms. Important changes will be communicated where practical. We may temporarily restrict the service for security, maintenance or legal reasons.
