Questions about membership
Is there a free trial?
No. Card and PayPal memberships are billed monthly from the day you join (MTN Mobile Money is paid yearly), and your first contribution is paid when you complete registration.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your member area. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your membership and ID card stay active until the end of the period (month or year) you have already paid for.
Are contributions refundable?
No. All membership contributions are non-refundable.
Can I change my tier later?
Yes. Your tier appears on your ID card and can be changed later from your account; a new card is issued in the new tier colours.
How do I pay?
Monthly by debit or credit card through Stripe's secure checkout or with PayPal, or yearly with MTN Mobile Money (GH₵ 720 Standard, GH₵ 3,600 Silver, GH₵ 7,200 Gold, GH₵ 14,400 President's Club, or more). Card and PayPal details are entered on Stripe's or PayPal's own pages and never touch NVM servers. Mobile Money payments are activated for 12 months once the NVM team confirms them.
